Terms of service
The short version: Subvue is a tool to keep track of what you pay. Your data is yours and lives on your phone, so keep a backup.
Last updated 25 October 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Softlance (Euvoia, Greece), the provider of the Subvue app and this website. Using the app means you accept them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
2. Purchase
- Subvue is a paid app: a single, one-time purchase on the App Store. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase.
- The price, in your currency and including any tax, is shown by the App Store before you buy.
- Payment, refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple under its terms. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the rights described there.
- Your purchase includes future updates that we release for the app, for as long as we offer it.
3. A tracking tool, not financial advice
Subvue shows the amounts and dates that you enter. It does not connect to banks or service providers and cannot know if a price or date changes. Subvue does not provide financial advice, and we are not responsible for charges, missed cancellations or reminders that do not arrive. Always check renewal terms with the provider.
4. Your data and backups
Everything you enter stays on your device and belongs to you. Because we never hold a copy, we cannot recover data that is lost when a phone is lost, reset or the app is deleted. Use Export data to keep a backup. See the privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
Use Subvue for lawful, personal purposes. Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as the law allows.
6. Trademarks
Names of services that appear in the app’s catalog are trademarks of their owners and are used only so you can recognise your own subscriptions. Subvue is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
7. Availability
Subvue is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable and up to date, but features can change and we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Softlance is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of what the app shows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Governing law
Greek law applies, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction — without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.
10. Language
These terms are published in several languages for convenience. The English version governs; if a translation and the English version disagree, the English version prevails.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continuing to use Subvue after that means you accept the new version.
